After 11 years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps. Phil has been in the dialup industry since 1998. Starting first as a Tier 1 Call Center Tech for Coastal Communications Online, Phil went on to become the Eastern United States Call Center Manager for Volaris Online. In 2001, Phil returned to his home state of Kentucky and joined WISPNET, a startup CLEC out of Lexington, KY as the VP of Wholesale Sales.
